10:00AM until 6:00PM CST and Sunday from 10:00AM to 4:30PM CST.
All orders delivered within the continental United States are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground. If you need your order shipped via air (Overnight, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Air), please call us at 800-424-3478. International orders are shipped via FedEx or Parcel Post and can be ordered online. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Refund Policy All Crabnet products are unconditionally guaranteed to meet your standards. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please return it within 20 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Complete instructions for refunds, exchanges and damage claims can be found on the Crabnet Packing Slip that is included with your shipment.
